Surgeons do not need to pay for their dinner, their annual APOS dues cover the dinner fee. Guests and sponsors will need to pay $175.

- After you click “Add to Cart” scroll up and click “View Cart” and then on the next page click “Proceed to Checkout” (after reviewing your order) and pay for your purchases.
- Once on the checkout page please fill out the form with your name and contact details. This is the page where you can tell us about any dietary restrictions. Select either Paying with a Cheque, or via Pay Pal where you can pay with your credit card.
