The cost of golf for the surgeons is subsidized by APOS. Guests and sponsors will have to pay for themselves.
Surgeons – $75
Sponsors/Guests – $205
Green fees include golf cart, 2 complimentary water and 2 complimentary local beer.
Payment will be due upon registration at the course on golf day prior to tee-off. Registration for golf is closed 72 hours prior the event (earlier if the event is sold out)
